- The Home will be posted to the MLS database - this allows local and out of town realtors to view the listing in their online searches

- Professional Photographs - I will bring in a professional photographer. A wide angle lens, professional staging and the proper lighting can make your property look bigger, brighter and better than its competition. We will post the maximum number of photos possible to the MLS.

- The home will be posted on Multiple Websites like www.Realtor.ca, www.daviddelorme.com, www.coldwellbanker.ca, www.kelownarealestate.com and www.allaboutkelowna.com for maximum exposure. I also advertise across the Real Estate Board so your property will be seen on 100's of other Realtor and Brokerage Websites.

- Social media - Your home will be posted on social media sites like Facebook with Paid Targeted Marketing Programs.

- I will post the listing on Castanet, Kelowna’s #1 source for online classifieds.

- I will make a 3D Floor Plan and Virtual Space. This is one of the new and best ways to advertise to out of town buyers. People can walk through your home right from their computer! see and Example Here

- Realtor Network - Your property will be discussed weekly at our Tuesday Morning Meetings. We have very high attendance at which we can network the property to our other realtors.

- I will add your listing to both our Coldwell Banker Tour and Okanagan Real Estate Board-wide Tour to show your property to as many agents as we can. This will allow them to see if they have any interested buyers, and allow them to provide feedback that can aid in our future showings.

- I will email to my current database about the listing to see if anyone from there will be interested.

- I will set up a lockbox system so that the property can be easily shown by other realtors.

- I will put together professional feature sheets that realtors and prospective buyers can take with them to keep your property top of mind.

- I can discuss staging the property with you and make small renovation suggestions if we feel it will make an immediate difference to the sale value or sale process.

- I will put signage that stands out at the best possible location to catch the attention of drive-by and walk-by potential buyers.
