David has been a Licensed Realtor® since 2012. He and his family decided to come out to the Okanagan in 2014 and have no intentions of leaving. With some of the best golf courses in Canada, good fishing and a growing business community, they are happy to call the Tallus Ridge area of West Kelowna home. David is regularly involved with activities at the Kelowna Curling Club, Local Volleyball, Slo-Pitch and Golf. David and his wife love volunteering in local charity events like Motionball, the Apple Marathon and the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s “Big Bike.” Everyday, they meet more new, exciting people. Kelowna is a great fit for them and they can’t wait to see what opportunities develop in the future. As a young family, they understand the struggles of work/life balance and can tend to your busy schedules.
David has settled in quite nicely in the Okanagan. He is the Treasurer to the Okanagan Mainland Real Estate Board Charity Committee. He was awarded the Coldwell Banker Performance award in 2015 and was also given the International Diamond Society Award in 2015 and 2016 for being in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally. In 2017 he exceeded those levels and reached the Presidents Circle for being in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally.
Before Kelowna, David worked at one of the busiest Real Estate offices in Canada, Sutton West Coast Realty. Vancouver is one of the most active markets in the world; a perfect area to receive a crash course in Real Estate.
On top of that, David has 4 years experience in Lending and management. He has experience in most aspects of buying and selling Real Estate.
